I think that those papers are a great guide for answer many question that in my personal case, it's provides me a diferent vision of managment world.
ResponderEliminarWhat's Strategy? - lets see how the operational efficacy its not enough to define an strategy although is the first step to differenciate our companies from competition. strategy goes more beyond that operational efficacy because lets draw a clear route to goal.
Marketing Myopia talks about the most important topic for me, in the marketing product planning. in this paper was mentioned the wrong approach of centrate efforts at the product and not in the needs of the consummers. this is an interesting point of view to differenciate ourselves form competition.

ResponderEliminarPienso que Michael Porter define en su libro ¿Qué es la estrategia? como la diferenciación que debe buscar una compañía que le genere una ventaja competitiva, siempre buscando una forma distinta de competir y siendo rentables.
